Brilliant, made an emergency appointment, to have a tooth out, got appointment within 30 minutes, to have a wobbly tooth out, no numbing required, dentist, pulled out within in a second, top man,brilliant, ????

The receptionist was very caring and was able to offer me a cancellation and rang me back before opening hours to help me. So grateful for the dentist’s help and advice today. Thank you all.

I am a bag of nerves when seeing the dentists but on this occasion I felt at ease , admittedly he never did anything to me but I was not as nervous as i usually am , i am sure that with a bit more time i could let him go to work on my problem , i think he understands my problem and i thank him for that.

The dentist talked me through my check up. Took the time to give advice on my options for implants/dentures. I’ve never had this from a dentist before. Really made a difference to my visit.

The person on reception wasn’t very friendly and took a long time to acknowledge that I was standing there. She continued talking to her colleague for a long time without looking my way. A brief smile, hello and I will be with you shortly would have made a difference.

Arrived 5mins before stated appointment time. Was not seen till 20 mins after my appointment time. Having to make 100 mile trip after my appointment i was delayed by work's traffic making my travel time longer than expected.

Staff are always very friendly and courteous. There was a half hour delay in me being seen but the dentists apologised and explained why. Quick, efficient appointment.

An appointment wasarranged when I needed it. The dentist explained what the problen was and how he proposed to solve it very ckearly and the treatment was carried out with no fuss and no discomfort.
