Was with previous dentist many years until Covid hit. Didn't get back to the practice quickly enough, so they struck me off. An ill wind because Pembertin Dental are infinitely better. My dentist is friendly and reassuring. Just visited hygienist, and again, the same. Highly recommended.

Cleanliness. Dental nurse cleaned the dentist chair after I had been sat in it. This gives me tje cconfidence to know, especially with covid, that germs are not transferred. Well done Dental nurse

Everything is done and shared with Patient to a very high degree. Treated with courtesy from Dentist to Staff. Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I have been a patient there for years and couldn’t ask for better treatment.

All the staff were superb! Lovely and Welcoming as soon as I arrived on reception. So friendly, helpful and efficient. The dentist and assistant answered and reassured me with any questions. I look forward to coming back.

The kindness & patience of the 2 Hygienist Ladies - much appreciated. Also the lady on Reception assisted us getting the wheelchair in & out of the front door which can very tricky - so a big thank you.
