I visited the practice today for my check up. I remember what going the dentists many years ago at a different practice and this place is a breath of fresh air. The receptionists are helpful. The dentists are professional and give you all the information you need. Finally, it runs to time, which means I can confidently plan the rest of my day.

Having been a client for over 13 years, I missed one appointment this week due to the practice cancelling my previous appointment and an error in my diary, only to be immediately de-registered from the practice! Very disappointing, having spent a small fortune here on both private and NHS work, some private work I feel was not required (£300 on a mouth guard which the costing was not explained properly and would not have agreed if it had been) One extremely disappointed and unhappy client, who will certainly be telling family and friends how this practice operates and treats it's long term customers. Unfortunately this practice seems to think it's acceptable to treat it's clients like dirt.

Having been a little nervous about going to the dentist for a number of years, I joined this practice on a friend’s recommendation. I was greeted by the receptionists who were really helpful. I saw the female dentist, who was incredibly thorough. She put my mind at ease and talked through the state of my mouth and how I could keep it healthy. I left with advice how to keep my mouth healthy and a totally different feeling about going to the dentist. I would highly recommend it!

Having not been to the dentist in 8 years, I was extremely nervous about going and how it would be received. I don't know why I was so nervous, but I cannot say a bad word about my experience. The receptionists were lovely and welcoming and the dentist was friendly and put me at ease immediately. I had some fillings done, which were pain free and I had such a positive experience. Thank you so much to all of you!

Having always been terrified of going to the dentist I can't sing the praises of Pennington's loud enough. From the receptionists to the hygienist and the dentists themselves they are all eager to make the visits as "pain free" as possible. I am now far more confident when attending appointments . Today I had a crown fitted - could not believe how quickly it was done! No pain, no injection and a smiley face from me. Thank you so much all of you. Will be recommending you to all my friends. Sera
