    This relates to the Hawkinge Practice - This practice removes customers from their NHS list without notice and without fair reason. They try and find any reason and used the "you have missed appointments" when their data is incorrect and it is the practice that constantly changes appointment times, and we have to fit in. A friend reported to me that Pennypot said to them "you haven't been here for 2 years" before removing them from the NHS list but they don't send appointment reminders at all. It should be regulatory that Dentists should be obligated to provide notice and reasons for removing their customers from their NHS lists. Pennypot did this to me, my husband and children when we did attend regularly prior to COVID, have struggled to get appointments since. Last year when we called to make an appointment the automated message said to email, then a response to that email said to call. When trying to resolve, the receptionist had no customer service skills, and simply removed us from the NHS list. There is apparently no recourse. We strongly believe they are purposely removing their NHS customers to force them to re register as private. If you are local to Hawkinge, we strongly suggest you find an alternative "private" dentist that in turn offers a polite service, and treats you as a customer.

    Leaving my 75 years mum with out dentist not a good thing and not completing her work. And refusing what was truth about getting the days of the appointment wrong
