I recently had 2 fillings , aswell as root canal with the dentist , he done an amazing job ! I felt no pain throughout all the procedures , and had no problems at all . He managed to get me in straight away as I was in pain with my tooth and was sorted very quickly. Highly recommend this dentist , staff all very helpful and friendly !

I had an appointment for a set of new dentures recently the dentist was very helpful and made me feel at ease,reasurred ne to come back if I had any problems I have been coming to this dental practice for almost 20 yrs and wouldn't go anywhere else;also a mention for the receptionist they also very friendly and try there best to get you an appointment that suits and the dental nurses are very friendly and helpful a great practice would highly recommend.

I was struggling with pain for 48hrs before I had to give in and get an emergency appointment. I called the dentist on the Friday and got me in same day. Even tho they were extremely busy. When I arrived all the staff were very friendly and happy to help. Would recommend to everyone.

Needed an Emergency Appointment and even though this isn’t my practise I was able to get in straight away for my problem to be resolved. Very friendly, welcoming and professional. I’m petrified of dentist’s and was made to feel so relaxed and comfortable whilst there. Problem was detected quickly and advise was given on what to do. Would 100% recommend this practise to anyone else

I recently needed an emergency dental appointment, and my experience with this practice was outstanding from start to finish. Booking was quick and hassle-free, and I managed to secure a same-day appointment. The communication beforehand was particularly impressive—the dentist reached out via WhatsApp to discuss my symptoms in detail. This proactive approach meant that he fully understood my situation before I even arrived, making the entire visit seamless and efficient. The practice itself felt warm and welcoming, which helped ease any nerves. The team was attentive and went above and beyond to ensure I received the best care, including providing an on-site prescription and recommending an effective mouthwash to assist with my recovery. They even followed up the next day to check on my progress—a thoughtful gesture that truly reflects their dedication to patient well-being. Considering this was a one-off NHS emergency appointment and not my regular dental practice, I was genuinely impressed with their level of duty of care. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of emergency dental assistance.

My son recently had a tooth extracted at this practice. He was extremely nervous but was reassured by the dentist. The team were kind, caring, patient and were happy to make necessary adjustments to ensure my son had a positive experience. Such a wonderful team of people.

I recently broke a tooth late on a Saturday night, the dentist replied to my message the same night and I was booked in to have it looked at on the Monday morning. I get anxious about dental work but the dentist is very understanding and the front desk are also super friendly which helps to remain calm. 11 out of 10.

From start to finish my treatment has been amazing. Was referred by 111 as I had an infected tooth and severe pain. Very efficient way to communicate via WhatsApp for updates and bookings. Despite being busy Pitsea Bridge dental had me seen and treated the following day (on a Saturday). I am a nervous patient and have put off seeing a dentist for many years unless of an emergency but after my experience here with the male dentist I left asking to become a patient for more treatment! All staff here are so welcoming and friendly and work extremely hard. Would definitely recommend bridge dental and hopefully will become a patient when they have availability.

I was experiencing pain from a bad tooth. The dentist only needed to see pictures sent over the phone to identify the problem. In hours, I was also scheduled for a consultation. In order to see that I recovered, the staff stayed past closing time. I will recommend this practice to everyone because it is very admirable and passionate.
