Went back to this surgery after 2years and they was happy to take us on Have been with them for 30 plus years. Very efficient and follows up with a text to see if all is ok . Very understanding and efficient

This dental practice agreed to see me as an NHS patient emergency referral by 111. I was triaged by excellent reception person with advice an assessment and xray could be done same day but treatment likely to be on Sunday as practice closed the next say (Saturday) The process was straightforward use of WhatsApp to communicate effectively with me. Seen same day by dentist for assessment and X-rays I was in extreme pain and discomfort the dentist gave me concise advice and guidance in order for me to make a treatment choice. I agreed to root canal treatment option and given my level of pain and discomfort plus risk if additional face swelling the dentist offered same day treatment if I could wait. The care, expertise and interpersonal skills of the dentist were outstanding. I am pleased to give a 10/10 recommendation for my treatment - I had root and nerves removed, a temporary filling and will require further treatment but I am in no pain and able to manage a routine follow up treatment in due course. I have had two follow up messages from dentist checking I’m ok after the treatment. I received an electronic copy of my treatment plan. Highly recommend this dental care provider a credit to the NHS. Thank you

I saw the dentist as an emergency patient asxmy children attend here, i was very impressed with how quickly they saw me i didnt wait long for my appointment and i was impressed with the dentist and how well he explained everything to me and put me at ease great service!

It was such an easy process getting an appointment and reaching there I was made to feel very relaxed during the whole procedure , the follow up aftercare was excellent.

When I attended the reception was very kind and doctor was respectful. I don't have any pain in my teeth it was good.

Attended for an emergency appointment for something i have been putting off for a while, as I didnt feel comfortable with going to the dentist. However attended this surgery, saw the dentist and felt completely at Ease, he tried all different tests to get to the cause of the problem and didnt make me feel like a pest at all. Really friendly and warm atmosphere. Would definitely recommend.

Was super easy super helpful and lovely staff!! The lovely dentist has done emergency removals on me and my partner and both super appreciated! Wish they was taking patients as would 100% make this my local dentist!!

I needed an emergency appointment for wisdom tooth infection and I was given Pitsea Dental Care as the option from 111. It's not the closest to me but I had no other choice. The WhatsApp option to contact them is very convenient and all details were given via that. They fit me in the same day which I was thankful for. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the dentist was professional and welcoming. He sorted me out quickly and followed up after my appointment with the names of some mouthwash and to check how my pain was. If I was more local I would definitely switch to this practice. 100% recommended. Thank you to the whole team.

Fantastic team all very kind and caring. Prompt treatment excellent aftercare support. I had a tooth extraction after being in pain in 2 days messaged them that day and got it out the same day. Would totally recommend others to consider this to be a very good choice.
