Been here a few times now, twice on nhs appointments and a few times on private. Highly recommend them. Can contact them all times of day, even stays open late to get me and others in. Couldn’t recommend them enough and have done so to friends and family. Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Phoned about an issue regarding bad pain, I called up early on a Saturday and was seen that afternoon, the practice helped me out with quick solutions and a week later all good! Will be going back for my check ups!

Had a emergency appointment only had to wait a few minutes to dentist, said what was wrong with tooth prescribed antibiotics very professional

I would total recommend this dentist I had a dental emergency on a Sunday and managed to get an appointment on the same day and the dentist was such a lovely and helpful man

I recently had a severe toothache late on a Friday evening. I messaged the dentist that night and got a response almost instantly, as well as an appointment quickly! The team and practice are great, I would highly recommend!

I contacted the surgery owing to an emergency that had occurred whilst I was not registered at a NHS dentist. I was able to contact the surgery via WhatsApp and get instant and updated responses which was amazing. The staff were exceptionally helpful kind and delivered a fantastic service. Upon attendance at the surgery my appointment was carried out in a positive way, the dentist who dealt with my appointment was a wonderfully friendly and professional man, the staff were just great, and I was put at ease in a friendly environment . This was the best experience at a dental survey I have ever had. I would not hesitate to recommend this dental practice to friends and family and cannot rate my experience and quality of work carried out enough. I can’t recommend highly enough after my experience.

With particular reference to the dentist I saw, I felt like the dentists really care about their patients, and went the extra mile to ensure I had the care I needed. The team were professional, personable and thorough - which gave me confidence I was in good hands. If you needed any additional information or had extensive questions, the team would be happy to facilitate this. The WhatsApp service was a nice touch, too. Thank you!

Was in and out very quickly, dentist was very friendly. I did have a issue getting a emergency appointment on the 13th May, which was when the swelling and pain started and Pitsea was only able to get me in the next day. My face did get very swollen and I was in a lot of pain so I am very grateful Pitsea Dental could see me on the Tuesday. I did call 10-15 NHS dentists from first thing in the morning after contacting 111, and no one could fit me in same day. I did have a cracked tooth, and a appointment for it with another dentist but the earliest I could get a appointment was 15th June. Even my other dentist, I had to find a new one because my original one closed down without my knowledge. It was overall a very stressful situation and I'm very grateful to the Pitsea Dental team for seeing and treating me.

I have managed a cracked tooth for 4 years without any hope of getting treatment; as many dentists won't register me under the NHS. I got to a point where the pain became severe and I called up NHS 111. I was given some numbers to contact by the NHS; and Pitsea Dental Care was the first on the list. I contacted the practice and; Oh dear;!!! From first conversation to going in for treatment, I had a very fantastic experience. It was like "light at the end of the tunnel" when Pitsea Dental Care gave me some options of which one was to extract the tooth; the other was a root canal treatment. Due to anxiety around root canal treatment (which is personal), I opted for extraction. Everything happened so quickly and I got an appointment next day!!! The environment was welcoming and the reception from the staffs was amazing!!! Following treatment I got a follow up text to check if I was okay or needed some antibiotics (which I didn't expect). I hope I can register as a patient here soon. Thank you so much Pitsea Dental Care Ltd !!! I appreciate the care you all gave me.
