Excellent, followed up and very helpful. Unlike many I called was very helpful and cared about the struggles I was having and pain I was in. Couldn’t recommend high enough I just wish were taking new customers as I would join them in a heartbeat.

I have not been to the Dentist since covid but contacted the surgery via WhatsApp after breaking a back tooth. Their WhatsApp is monitored regularly and after answering a few questions managed to get an appointment quickly. Following my examination I was given an emergency appointment on a Sunday to receive treatment. The Dentist and his staff are so friendly and efficient that you are immediately put at ease knowing you are in safe hands. I genuinely couldn't recommend this practice high enough.

The practice is very efficient. Staff are kind and friendly also very professional. During my extraction I was well looked after and reassured. I was given clear details of what to do to prevent infection following my treatment. Excellent service from dentist, dental nurse and receptionists.

The Dentist I saw was really friendly and explained everything very well. The admin staff were also friendly and very quick to answer any queries via WhatsApp. I contacted them as an emergency appointment and was booked for the following day!

I had to have an emergency appointment after a tooth breaking at the root. I was seen straight away and treatment planned. The extraction was painless and easy I was very impressed with the whole experience

Steve and the team are so caring and so good at what they do I felt comfortable and very well looked after and nothing was too much trouble. I would never go to another dentist now I've used pitsea dental and steve

Went for check up found a problem gave me a couple of options for me to decide on making my decision Treatment was arranged and completed very quickly and well done
