Lovely man, totally understood my nerves talked me through it and messaged me to follow up how I was after my treatment. I feel confident enough to go back and complete my treatment, can’t recommend them enough

Broken tooth was fitted in the next day excellent service, dentist alway explains options and what is about to be done. Very informative, professional and friendly practice.

Well explained, straight forward process. Friendly staff. Diagnosis was quick and was seen within 10 minutes of my booking.

Had an emergency appointment here made through 111, the dentist was so helpful explaining everything the amount of pain i was in i was so grateful to be seen. I'm so happy with this practise I'm looking to move the family here altogether.. thanks again for the help.

The dentist was absolutely lovely and friendly when treating my child. She put my child at ease, explaining the procedure clearly and was very efficient. I liked the follow up too asking how she was getting on after the treatment.

The staff are always polite and welcoming especially the dentist I had my appointment with this week. Me and my children all got consecutive appointments that were on time so made it quick and easy for us.

Fantastic service by the Dentist and team. Excellent communication via WhatsApp, very easy to contact and speedy responses and follow-up. Outstanding service - by far the best Dental practice I have ever been to or heard of. Had issues at previous dentist -one thing seemingly leading to another: latest tooth problem - waiting for weeks / months for appointments - getting infections while waiting for appointment, then being told had to wait for the appointment for dentist to give prescription for antibiotics to treat the infections - so waiting weeks in pain / various infections, finally getting antibiotics then waiting again more weeks for these to work and for another appointment for treatment... particular tooth 'issue' has been going on for months. Managed to get urgent appointment at Pitsea Dental Care, who saw me as soon as they could fit me in, then offered an appointment the evening of that day to do the treatment - sorted the same day - after waiting months elsewhere and still not yet having the treatment carried out. Pitsea Dental Care has been fantastic - felt confident in their very efficient and professional care, extremely friendly and reassuring service. No pain during treatment or after. Wish I could have been to this dentist sooner, I'm sure I would not have ended up with the tooth problems I now have / needing two teeth to be taken out. Highly recommend. Thank you

Booked for emergency appointment due to a broken tooth. Was seen on Sunday morning. Steve is very calm and reassuring which is great for nervous people. Finally found a dentist who I'd happily return to.

I was recommended to this practice by my daughter and I couldn’t be more impressed. The staff are friendly with exceptional communication. The appointment times on offer fit in around my job. I need treatment and this was all very clearly explained.
