Called in today for my annual check up and as expected, the experience was quick, pain free and efficient. A very good dental practice.

Signed me onto National Health Service list but made me wait 6 months for appointment, then kept cancelling, and now told me dentist has left so I now don't have an appointment. Absolutely shocking as they can fit me in if I pay privately!! Don't bother with them, they just get you on their NHS list to make money without providing any service at all. A V O I D ! !

My first time at this Dentist after my usual practice closed so was feeling anxious. But i was pleased with the experience. Both receptionists i saw, to make appointment and when i arrived for the check up appointment were very pleasant. The waiting areas and actual service room, spotless. I was made to feel at ease by the Dentist especially when i advised her that i was very hard of hearing.

Been coming here since I came out the army in 1981. Everyone from receptionist, dentist & dental nurse was very friendly & efficient. My wife & myself will be coming back for ever...

Have been calling for 2 days now to re-arrange an appointment. I call, placed in a queue that never seems to go down. Really frustrating. Had my hopes up just now, sat in a queue (2nd in line) for 10 minutes to then hear I am next in line .. excitement fell on me! Then 15 minutes later the frustrating music turned to a constant ring that went on for another 10 minutes before I hung up! Total 35 minutes! Surely they are not that busy! Otherwise a good dentist but like many NHS facilities the receptionists let it down.

Continuously calling just to get cut off is very annoying after waiting to make my way up the queue this is the biggest letdown for this dentist

This practice is great on my levels the reception is welcoming and polite and the dentist was absolutely amazing dr shahad was professional , kind and understanding she listened to me and gave me a smile I can be happy with she was a breath of fresh air! Thank you everyone there
