I was in bad pain with a fractured tooth I got a emergency appointment and they took it out for me and took the pain away

Yesterday I had 2 molars removed it was done in a professional manner which is only to be expected one of the teeth came out a lot easier than the other one which made it slightly more uncomfortable but we got there in the end and the team are friendly so it puts you at your ease.

Excellent service and very friendly to deal with Hygienists and dentist were very competent and briefed you at every stage

Seen my dentist today she is always very friendly and caring takes her time with you explains everything she is doing very professional if anyone is a little apprehensive she will put you at ease.

People are very kind. Went in for filling, procedure was made comfortable as possible. Slightly longer waiting times to book appointments.

My son got appointment and when we approached to Dentist they were very friendly and he doesn’t feel any pain or discomfort during treatment. I strongly recommend Portway.

Really great service. Dentist was understanding, caring and reassuring throughout appointments and treatment. Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

I went to the Practice for the first time today and was pleasantly surprised. The staff were very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The Practice was lovely and clean and they seem to have all up to date equipment. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dentist.

I recently registered with this dental practice and has only had 2 appointments but I already fell that I in good hands. The admin staff were amazing when I called the first time when I attended for my first and 2nd appointment they were friendly and professional. I was fully informed about all the services available and advised on the option most suitable for me. They called me the day before my appointments to remind me which is appreciated. My Dentist and the oral hygienist were absolutely amazing, they explained all the treatments I needed after full assessment. All the treatment plan was made on my first visit. I always feel nervous when going to the dentist because I hate when people are close to my face, but I must say I feel less so with this team.
