I was really unsure of having my teeth aligned so late in life, being 74. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable, was reassured and had a very pleasant experience. The consultation was very thorough with a visual before and after photos of how I would look after the process. I was confident to go ahead and I'm now looking forward to having the aligners fitted.

Staff are always professional and friendly. Reception clean and tidy. Dentists always professional and helpful. After a bad experience at a previous dentist, this practice restored my faith in dentists.

I really like this dental practice the staff are all friendly i have seen two different dentists both i felt very comfortable with and they explained exactly what work i would be having so i fully understood my options i have been happy with all the work that has been done never had to go back because something was not done right which i have experienced at other practices also i have medical conditions that can mean i have to cancel appointments at last minute i spoke with my dentist about this she is very understanding so i don't have to worry about being removed as a patient which has happened to me with other practices this is the first dentists that has been willing to make allowances for this which i greatly appreciate.

All the team are friendly and welcoming, even the dentist makes you feel at ease even when he is prodding around in your mouth!!!

Sometimes have to wait, as they are running a little late ..However when I was my turn I was made to feel as if I was the only patient and was not rushed at all, even though my treatment took longer than expected....Kind, gentle and extremely knowledgeable ...I am 72 years old and can honestly say this very young person is the best dentist I've ever had ...
