I had a great experience with this NHS practice. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and provided clear, helpful advice. The appointment process was smooth, and I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Overall, I’m very grateful for the excellent care I received. Highly recommend this practice to others!

Referred for wisdom tooth extraction. Was extremely anxious and nervous, however made to feel under no pressure and procedure fully explained. Decided to go ahead and glad I did. Wasn’t anywhere near as bad as I expected and was dealt with very professionally. Thank you

Attended here for a tricky extraction. The dentist and Assistant were both very friendly, very professional and carried out the procedure without any fuss!!!

The staff are really friendly. The practice also gives you 2 days I advance to remind you that you have an appointment.

I was seen by a friendly, professional staff member within two minutes of arriving who quickly put me at ease considering I was attending an assessment re an appointment with sedation for anxiety. It was my first visit to this practice. It's in a good central location with parking (pay by phone) at the side. Inside the building was spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this practice and whish I was registered there rather than just visiting for an emergency appointment.

today I picked up my new denture and was pleased with the care, attention but most importantly the fit of the denture. A little bit of filing my the dentist and it fits perfectly thank you Portway Practice

First time visiting the practice after a couple of recommendations. All the staff were welcoming, polite & friendly. The dentist explained in detail our treatment plans for each of our 3 family members. We all left feeling relaxed & informed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone & everyone.
