Thankyou for giving me a pleasant visit to the dentist this morning. You made me feel very at ease and the dental practitioner I saw today for to my treatment was lovely. Thankyou again.

The hygienist was very good with identifying my issue and advising me of the best way forward to improve mouth hygiene.

The dentist I see is polite and I have complete trust in her. I have accumulated a number of dental problems over the 6 decades before she took over my care but she has provided me with an excellent service.

Managed to jump on a cancellation appt today, they are very accommodating towards disabilities and I feel comfortable in the appt with both the dentist and nurse who are very professional and don't judge at all. I've had a molar repaired several times now over the last decade by different dentists and they're very good at looking after it here, the dentist who did this current repair was great and it's also the best I've had cosmetically as it looks like a real tooth! However they're not the best at answering the phone, the last four calls I've made three have gone to voicemail but I know they've having renovations so not sure if that has anything to do with it. Also I've had a couple of appointments cancelled due to dentist not being available, I deliberately haven't made my next appt yet out of fear it's just going to get cancelled again. It's a shame, because everything else is great.

Friendly reception staff, appointment was on time. Dental surgery clean and well equipped. Dentist and dental assistant very professional, puts patient at ease. Treatment explained and carried out succinctly

I am nervous of going to the dentist, but the Hygeniest was marvellous. Kind, reassuring and patient. Couldn't have done more. 10 out of 10.

Appointment was carried out on time, no waiting. Had a filling without an injection and it was pain free. Just a little discomfort as you would expect. The dentist explained the procedure and made me feel at ease

The dentist was kind and humane. During the dental procedure, she checked if I was Okay at intervals. I felt she was very passionate about her job.
