Had a check up and the dentist must of dislodged a filling, so I had a hole in one of my front teeth, I then rang up to explain what had happened and basically the receptionist told me I would have to wait for my next appointment which is 2 months away to be seen, It seems that appointment times are getting longer and longer being an NHS patient

always a good experience with my dentist she always asks how you are then she explains everything that needs doing she makes me feel at ease

I am quite new to this practice but every time I have visited they have been fantastic. The staff are always very helpful and friendly. The dentists listen to your concerns and talk through what would be best. I would highly recommend this dental practice to everyone.

From the ladies on reception, the dental assistant and the dentist immediately put me at ease. They explained exactly what the procedure entailed and how long it would take.

All Dentists and Assistants I have met have gone above and beyond for my care. The Admin team always welcome you with a smile and will do anything to help over the phone. Fast and effective service all around. Thank you

So patient with me knowing I have a dental phobia and other personal problems too. They make me feel calm and they give me plenty of time if I need them to stop work. Can’t thank this practice enough for the support and understanding. Thankyou for everything you do.

I have dental anxiety and it is pretty extreme and everyone that works there is amazingly supportive and kind. I live pretty far from this practice but I wouldn’t go with anyone else. They do they’re upmost to make me feel relaxed they take the time with me and don’t pressure me. I seriously love this practice and would highly recommend it. Thankyou so much to all at portway dental practice
