Absolutely shocking experience at this practice. A practice that suppose to work with children and adults with additional needs, unfortunately there doesn’t seem to be much compassion. Not only there’s discrimination around solo families, when questioned and asked for further information such a policies, no one Seems to be able to give you an answer and we go back and forth refusing to provide you with evidence for hideous rules. At one point I was even told two parents were needed to attend. She did eventually correct herself But was forced to attend in a taxi, pay an extortion and nearly had an extra bill after my son violently threw up a load of blood nearly in the taxi. All they care about is to sit around drinking tea and chatting and rudely speak about patients who phone in with questions. Children are in and out even when they have general anaesthetic and there’s no one in the waiting room they kick children out very drowsy, sick and yet parents are no capable to take them home alone claiming is better for children to be home. Absolutely disgusting, I have so much to say about this practice and and so many questions. all I know is I won’t be taking any of children there again and If you can avoid it please don’t take Children there. Avoid at all costs.
