Nothing overly stood out as the practice seems to going through a period of change. Reception was very quiet with what appeared different staff. There seems to be a ongoing turnover of dentists over the last 18 months my latest dentist is now going private so I will once again have a different dentist who may have a different view on an ongoing issue I have had with one of my teeth which after the last 5 yes 5 visits is still not resolved. A period of stability for client would be advantageous. I have always be treated well and courteous on each of my visits which made me feel at ease during my visits.

Was a little surprised to have to wait until 9.10 as I was first appointment. Check up thoroughly done with x-rays. Generally good.

Saw new dentist for 1st time. Really pleasant gentleman who was very informative. Hope this dentist stays with the practice and that I continue to see him

Just the hygienist today. Told me exactly what he was going to do before treatment. Gave me an excellent explanation of my condition and gave me advice on how to improve things going forward. Very friendly and professional too.

I am a scared person who puts on a brave face. I am also scared of injections so I mention it so they give me time to close my eyes and everything is ok Al happy.

The staff on reception are very polite and my dentist is very compassionate he has a way of making me feel very comfortable and relaxed,i have a lot of confidence in him.
