There was certainly a lack of professionalism during this visit. Other members of staff entered the treatment room during my consultation to either get something or to speak to a colleague. One person interrupted during the start of my consultation and an other midway through my treatment. Surely staff sholud not be interrupted during this time. Also l feel there has been cut backs in certain areas. A lack of apron, which always used to be provided, left the neck of my dress soaking wet from all of the spray going everywhere. After my treatment, I had to ask for a tissue to wipe my face. I was provided with a paper towel. Not exactly the softest of materials to be wiping the spray off your face and saliva from around your mouth. It's the first time in many years of visiting this dental practice that a tissue hasn't automatically been provided. Another thing I found rather odd was the water to swill my mouth out was only provided once the dentist had prompted the assistant to do so. This again, was something that would usually be handed straight to you.

The lady who did my treatment ( clean ) , was so lovely , she made me feel relaxed , comfortable and answered all my questions , thankyou x

I arrived 4 hours early for appt by mistake. The dentist managed to slot me in which I was really thankful for. Staff are really pleasant and seem happy in there workplace

Was extremely disappointed that scale and polish couldn’t be done by dentist on the day and now have to see hygienist

New patient, so I was made to feel welcome. All staff very professional and polite at all times. When it came to payment of treatment, all was explained before payment was taken. The Dentist made you feel at ease and explained clearly what treatment was to take place and what future treatment would be required and at what cost but treatment was not forced, option to say no.

Really good appointment, with clear explanation of everything needed to get by teeth back on track to full health! All staff here are excellent! Thanks for improving my smile over the weeks and months!

I was seen quickly just before the actual time of the appointment. The dentist and dental nurse welcomed me and were pleasant. The dentist carried out the check up efficiently and had obviously read my notes as he referred to a previous problem I had had. After a quick cleaning he arranged for me to return in 6 months.

The nutses are all kind and friendly nothing is too much trouble for them. The dentist himself is very good and always puts me at ease.
