First time someone has looked at my teeth properly instead of referring me to hygienist. Very friendly dentist made me feel calm

You can tell the new owners are keen to offload NHS patients at all costs to maximise profits. Waiting room is now extremely basic. My last 4 visits have been with 4 different dentists. They all have differing opinions. Not that the care hasn’t been good. My previous visits +10 years have always been with the same dentist. It’s sort of lost the personal touch.

Arrived early for my appointment, receptionist not friendly and disinterest. Seen dentist twenty minutes after appointment time. Dentist and assistant very good.

I feel so comfortable coming to the practice for treatment. Everything is explained well so don’t have any queries and I was made aware that if I experienced any problem to get make contact so it could be resolved speedily.

Not enough chairs in waiting area. Dentist rather rude to both me and his assistant. All too much of a rush. Not a good experience at all. Just wanted to get out. Fed up of dentists changing. Not helpful when nervous to start with. Been with them for over 30 years! Seen a lot of changes. Not good!!!!

I'm always nervous about visting my dentist however my experience with Prescot Dental Surgery over the past couple of years has always been positive, from the staff to my dentist and hygienist are all lovely they are very helpful caring and extremely knowledgeable woukd highly recommend this debtal practice.
