They answered the phone promptly, were able to take new patients and had a very short waiting time to an initial appointment. When I explained I had symptoms of pain, they gave me advice over the phone and then were able to offer me a same day cancellation appointment. I was seen for that appointment on time by a very competent dentist who arranged an ongoing care plan and treatment and the whole situation was dealt with very efficiently! I am normally an extremely nervous dentist attendee but the whole staff were fantastic and I feel very confident in the care I receive there. In particular, the reception staff were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The building surroundings look a little old fashioned but this service have put their time,effort, and funding where it counts yo ensure excellent patient care. Thank you!

The practice staff went above and beyond to arrange an appointment for me after an issue with a filling, A reply within minutes to the email I sent in the evening and a phone call first thing the next day to arrange a suitable time for me to go in. Nothing but praise for them, and of course for the dentists who have been excellent over the last 15 or so years that I have been a patient at this practice.

Great care received, from the reception team through to the dentist and nurses, they really go out of there way at prestige to ensure you are comfortable and have all the options.

I attended for a 6 month checkup. I was pleased that a broken tooth was repaired at the same time. Everything was very efficiently handled and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had treatment today and was more than happy to leave a review as it was an emergency appointment and I have eye surgery tomorrow, so it just had to be done today. Excellent as per usual a very big thank you to all the staff!!

Filling had fallen out dentist was empathetic as I needed it done asap as I was scattering mums ashes the next day. She fitted me in a did a fantastic job
