I required emergency treatment. After making the first phone call I was seen within 24 hours with a follow up 24 hours later. Excellent service.

I have just received replacement dentures. The expertise shown by the dentist was exemplary. Second best was not good enough and the adjustment process for a comfortable and effective fit was lengthy and detailed. Also, a mention for all the reception staff, who were always bright, cheerful and helpful. Excellent service all round, well done to all.

They moved my appointment a few days early and also to a time that I was at work so had to take time off. Also what happened to the days where the dentist cleaned your teeth during the appointment rather then try and cross sell a private clean

Had been to a private practise for a root canal and had my 6 monthly check up at Prestige . Dentist immediately realised that the bite was too high on the root canal tooth. He managed to grind this down to the correct level. I can’t believe how different my tooth feels . My dentist is so patient with me knowing I have a fear of the dentist, especially x-rays. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

Service at this practice is prompt have no problem getting appointment needed roots on 2 teeth removed rang on Monday and they got me in on the Thursday

Been using this practice for 5 years. My previous experience with dentists was terrible which stopped me going. I found this practice on Google after searching good reviews. I've just had Root canal work done and I was well looked after and had a good experience. Will never go elsewhere again.

- The receptionist was welcoming, pleasant, and polite. - I was seen on time. - My dentist and her assistant were professional, made me feel relaxed, and explained what was going to happen. - My dentist listened to me and answered my questions. - After my treatment the receptionist gave me a further appointment that suited me.

Excellent customer service from all the staff. New chairs in waiting area are a huge improvement. All of the dentists I have seen have been patient and understand that I have sensitive teeth.

I’ve registered at another dentist after my last visit. The dentist was poking at my tooth with his metal tool to the point where I was in so much pain and sweating! I wanted the tooth out! Got a new dentist now thank god

They answered the phone promptly, were able to take new patients and had a very short waiting time to an initial appointment. When I explained I had symptoms of pain, they gave me advice over the phone and then were able to offer me a same day cancellation appointment. I was seen for that appointment on time by a very competent dentist who arranged an ongoing care plan and treatment and the whole situation was dealt with very efficiently! I am normally an extremely nervous dentist attendee but the whole staff were fantastic and I feel very confident in the care I receive there. In particular, the reception staff were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. The building surroundings look a little old fashioned but this service have put their time,effort, and funding where it counts yo ensure excellent patient care. Thank you!
