Review titled NHS patient unlisted
Rated 1 star out of 5

Very disappointing I have been sent a letter informing me I am no longer an nhs patient with this practice, I have also been told my booked appointment in 3 weeks time has been cancelled, I thought legally you had to be informed in writing with three months notice, is this practice in breach of this, the government have let this country down, if I have to go private so be it but I don’t see why I should pay any nhs contributions going forward I need that money for private health care cover, time to close the nhs down

Review titled Lack of care for nhs patients
Rated 1 star out of 5

Every appointment cancelled over the last 2 years , as an nhs patient my experience has been that the practice will only see private patients I’m worried for the future as someone on a low income who depends on nhs support. I have been hearing from other patients that this practice may be going private only and there is a feeling all nhs patient appointments are being cancelled regularly in an attempt to reduce nhs patient numbers as they are less profitable for the business. No appointment for two years and I genuinely believe I won’t get one in the hope I leave the practice, only problem is no one is taking on nhs patients I feel extremely let down by the practice and by our governments over the years who have allowed nhs patients to be failed in this way across the country.

Review titled Terrible - looking for a new dentist
Rated 1 star out of 5

Terrible dentist, terrible service, slow, unprofessional, don’t review their patients notes prior to appointment, bombarded with private aesthetics sales material in the waiting room, tried to suggest my daughter who has inflammatory bowel disease that she tries apples cider vinegar as opposed to the medication prescribed by the paediatric gastrointestinal team at Southampton hospital. Insulted my choice of haircut for my son, said he looks like a girl because he has long hair.

For a NHS dentist, this is a excellent service and the staff are so welcoming, the dentist herself was very excellent in the filling I had done and plus other dental work I've had done.
