   On the first visit an inspection took place and I was booked in for follow up work. Agreed with Dentist 1 that work was to be covered on NHS due to me having recently has a baby. On the day of the appointment I was seen by Dentist 2 who refused the agreed work, was rude and used offensive language. So unprofessional I can hardly believe he is allowed to practice!
