Wow. Just wow. Having raised 4 children, I’ve been to many dentists and several orthodontists over the years - this stands out as the best ever. Due to a long waiting list in our home county, we were given the opportunity to use Purely Orthodontics at Northampton. This meant a round trip of 120 miles per appointment: it was worth it. Every communication with the Reception staff was brilliant - whether phone, email or in person. The care from the orthodontist was wonderful. Every time we visited for an appointment we were treated with care, kindness and absolute professionalism. When we had a query, or something my daughter was worried about, the orthodontist found a solution. The way the orthodontist communicated with my daughter, and with me as a parent, really stood out - we felt valued and really cared for. An excellent example of a dental practice.
