Dentist was fine but the reception process needs improvement. Only one receptionist and she was not that pleasant. Quite brusque.

Was disappointed because after arriving for appointment waited 5 minutes to get booked in then another 10 minutes before I was called by receptionist asking to rebook because the dentist who I saw in October i should have been booked with. Not my fault I would not take no for an answer because I attended appointment no one called to say this was the case and I told receptionist I need to be seen not my problem I was booked with wrong dentist. Eventually seen by dentist and problem solved. Dentist was excellent could not fault her.

I booked another appointment with the dentist then to find out it was a hygienist who was going to perform the filling . He then couldn’t do it has he had no prescription for the actual tooth . So I had to book a further appointment. The receptionist was laughing as I said I lost time/ wages to make this appointment?

I attended on time but due to some kind of miscommunication I wasn’t called through to the dentist and after 45 minutes and a waiting room full of people that all went in before me , I questioned it with the receptionist who could see me still sat there waiting patiently. Finally I went in . X-rays etc later , a filling was recommended and undertaken but unfortunately it has fallen out less than 12 hours later. Not a great visit today. ;0(

I saw 2 dentist one for me and one for my son. Both were really friendly; the lady with my son was lovely and gave him a chat about now he is 10 how important it is he looks after his teeth, as they are for life, this was great! However getting an apt is very difficult

I arrived on time ( 3pm ) but was not told for 30 minutes there was a problem today and my actual time of being seen was 3.40.

The half an hour wait for my 9:35 appointment that you been reminding me of constantly for a week. If I can get there in plenty of time why can't you.How can you be running that late so early in the day?
