Both my consultation and extraction was handled with professionalism and care. I was given all the information that I needed in a friendly manner. The extraction was also done with care. I felt I was in good hands all the way through the procedure.

Receptionist are all welcoming as well as the dentist and the nurse. The service was great and the practice is clean

After having to wait over 40 mins to see the dentist and only being told about the delay when I asked the receptionist. I was very happy with the treatment received. The dentist was thorough and explained what was being done and what I needed to do as follow up to the treatment. I hope the delay was a one-off occurrence and look forward to my next visit.

We held a team meeting where we decided that receptionists must pay more attention to patients waiting for a dentists so they can provide update without being asked for it. Front line staff very Polite and Helpful. The Dentist is very friendly, patient and kind. A highly professional person who would go the extra mile to explain the various treatment options and any further treatment or support required. Love the way she shows interests in ones personal life. Deserves 100% Score !

I have just finished 6 months treatment having 2 dental implants done. Throughout the whole process I have been impressed by the care and professionalism I have received. I’m now waiting to have a further implant done later this year!

My experience at the dentist this time was a pleasant one. Before attending my appointment, I was sent forms that needed completing, which I completed beforehand. So when it was the day of my appointment, I just checked in and that was it. Very smooth and efficient.
