I had an annual check up recently and found the service as usual excellent. I was seen a few minutes early, had a thorough examination, paid and rebooked for next year all smoothly and pleasantly. There is parking available at the practice and the premises are well maintained and spotless.

my visit to the surgary was very good and my treatment was first class and my dentist and allthe staff were very good.

I had my normal hygienist appointment as per usual, but, the dentist had changed to a new consultant, I had been told that my original consultant had left. However, the new consultant was very professional and had expert conduct in his treatment

My experience overall was very good. I was seen promptly and satisfied with the end result. However, during my treatment the assistant caught my upper lip twice with the suction tool. Although this did not hurt I do think a " sorry" would have been appropriate and would certainly have been appreciated by me as a matter of courtesy. I was pleased with the dentist treatment.

Both my wife and I have used the Quality Dental practice for over 17 years and despite changes of staff over that time, the practice has gone from strength to strength. Most recently, I had to modify my bottom plate as the last molar, holding it in, disintegrated. Within 2 days, I was able to get a new plate impression done and have the revised plate fitted the following day following having the tooth roots all taken out. At no time did I feel any pain. Problem solved. Our current contact is cheery, quick and competent and we have watched him grow in confidence over the years. What more can you ask for?

I recently had two appointments. One for hygienist and one for dental checkup. Both of these were efficient. Also I found all staff very friendly.

I’m incredibly nervous at going to the dentist but the dentist I have here is brilliant I have total trust in him Only small issue I stood waiting at the counter to check in not a long time to be fair but two staff were chatting about something private / personal to them while I waited

I was referred for an opg xray. I was early but they took me in straight away. They gave me information about the scan afterwards which I was able to view

Quality Dental Care in Worthing is a very good dental practice. I am particularly happy that I have seen the same dentist for a couple of years now, I think continuity of care is important. I liked the fact that I was sent text reminders of the need to book a routine check-up and also when the appointment date approached. The reception staff were friendly and I did not have to sit in the waiting room for long. The dentist gave me clear advice on how to continue looking after my oral health, even though I did not need any treatment on this occasion.

Very friendly staff at reception desk Dentist was clear, keen that I understood what she was seeing - showed pictures etc. Good advice given. Not pushing for further treatments. Good first visit, glad I managed to get on their books.
