Professionally cared for when two wisdom teeth needed extracting, including being seen a few hours after the extraction when I didn't know whether one site's bleeding had stopped sufficiently.

All staff are friendly and try to be as accommodating as they can be. I can't do stairs so they make sure my NHS dentist is on the ground floor for me and my husband. The receptionists are very polite. It's a shame they can't ta,e anymore NHS patients at the moment as my daughter and family are looking for one.

Very satisfied with the treatment I receive each time I have either a dental check-up, dental work carried out or an appointment with the Hygienist. All aspects of the Practice are well organized. Quality Care lives up to its name.

As a family of 6, we have been attending Quality Dental for several years now. We always have a good experience. The dentist is professional, yet friendly and makes us all feel at ease. The children are very happy to attend. We are lucky to have regular appointments with a great practice.

A new Dentist this time. I am a rather nervous patient but found him friendly and reassuring. Waiting time was short too which was a bonus.

Detests excellent, but receptionist seem very bored and you feel like they are doing you a favour. Appalling customer service. If you ask about an explanation of a bill , reluctantly given and no paperwork of invoices given or sent by email
