My one issue is that the dentist and hygienist I visit are situated on the first floor which means I have to go up a set of stairs, climbing stairs these days can be difficult as can standing for any length of time, when you get to the first floor there are just two seats - there is no room for anymore - so the last time I visited I ended up sitting at the top of the stairs, not sure how this can be addressed, I could have asked if one of the people sitting would mind giving up their seat but they too might have found it difficult to stand for too long. Yes, I could ask to be seen downstairs but I don’t want to change my dentist or hygienist. Last thing I would like to add, I feel they don’t do unnecessary dental work which I believe I might have had in the past at other surgeries. The latest visit I had went smoothly with the only issue of having nowhere to sit when I got upstairs.

I am always placed at ease with my dentist. he really is an asset to the practice! I was worried about a loose crown which appeared ok on x ray, however it did come loose at end of day and I was able to return the following morning and get it sorted.

The dentist was obliged to cancel the appointment twice for the INR test was outside the target limits. On the third application with an acceptable INR result the extraction was executed at short notice. It was entirely without discomfort, the sutures avoided any significant bleeding and the wound healed very quickly - couldn't be better. I have requested my due appointment to see the hygienist but am still awaiting an answer.

On arrival the staff are friendly and helpful. You are seen promptly and my dentist is really friendly putting you completely at ease. The inspection was thorough and I was kept informed all the way through. All together a pleasant experience.

I always feel confident and relaxed no matter what treatment I receive. I recently had a tooth extracted which was removed without any problems.

Appointment was for me and my two teenaged children. We were seen promptly and the visit was quick, but thorough. Dentist was very friendly!

The hygienist was friendly and helpful, spoke clearly when I explained that I'm hard of hearing, checked that I was comfortable throughout the procedure. All in all, a pleasant experience.
