I was seen last Friday afternoon by a very understanding and helpful hygienist. I was impressed by reassuring and professional manner. She gave some useful tips and the experience was a positive one.

Very happy with the treatment provided. My dentist was friendly, polite and professional. He explained, clearly, what was needed and gave an opportunity to ask questions. I would definitely recommend this dentist.

Was received by the receptionists with a smile, happy with my treatment. Parking can sometimes be an issue and when it rains there can be quite a bit puddle that needs to be navigated in the parking area.

Review titled Poor ethics
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Chris l - Posted on 11 January 2023
I have used this dentist for the last 8 years as a Nhs patient . During covid only emergency treatment was available that I was not in need of . Following this i was sent a letter saying appts available again for check ups . As I had no issues i did not book appt straight away . I tried to book check up today and was told as I had not contacted them i was no longer an Nhs patient with them anymore even though they still had my details on file , I was told I could book an appt as a private patient but would need to pay a new patient premium on top of their usual fee 55 instead of 45 as I was a new private patient even though I had been using them for 8 years via Nhs . I queried this as they have my records and I am not a new patient to them but heard a person in the back ground telling the receptionist to proceed with the additional fee! Not very professional and now if i have to go private why would I use them for an additional fee when I have any private practice to use .most of which are offering check ups for less . What a way to treat customers , one it's a poor way to get rid of the nhs customers and an even worse way to treat private customers . I have taken my business elsewhere and will advise anyone i know not to use this company

Review titled Good 1st Impression
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by David Mitchell - Posted on 21 January 2023
Visited Quality Dental Care for NHS broken tooth removal ahead of implant / denture work (multiple extractions under an outsourced NHS referral by my registered practice) and my 1st impression was of a well run, patient oriented, efficient practice. The dental surgeon and nurse were excellent, well prepared and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure took less than 30 minutes with no pain and only one occasion of mild discomfort during the procedure (deep root piece). Overall a pleasant experience considering the work needed. Although not registered at this practice I would recommend Quality Dental Care based on my recent visit.
