Politeness of receptionist The hygienist and her assistant were very nice. The hygienist was understanding of my nervousness, very thorough and really informative. The only annoyance I have is lack of NHS dentists to give regular check ups ( not just emergencies only)

The thing that stood out, was that I paid £25.80 for a being in the dentist chair for about one minute. I do think that is a lot, for a minutes drilling to remove some cement.

This was the start of continuation treatment following an extraction last September. It only occurred after I left that paid again for the initial consultation - this should have been deducted from the latest bill. The dentist was good, explained my options clearly. Ironically after being told many times over the last 10 months that no appointments are available, the receptionist was able to plan in two further treatments for me within the next month or so.

Not making a detail checked of my teeths. Soon as I told him which has issued, immediately told me how much x-ray cost and didn't asked about other teeths. In the whole session just kept telling me how much it cost to treatment. He doesn't care about patient feeling, only care about money.

If you are an NHS patient they don't have any interest in helping you I phoned for weeks to be seen with an abscess then phoned to ask for more antibiotics to try and was abruptly told no and would have to have an extraction. The tooth is fine so wanted the option to try something else first. I'm sure if was private you would be treated differently

The surgery is very poor if you are an NHS patient. Some of the receptionists are polite but not all. The hygienist is extremely nice and does an excellent job but obviously you pay for that

The dentist was very professional and even though it took a few injections to stop the pain, she persisted and removed the tooth without fuss.

Needed an emergency appointment and receptionist was extremely helpful, despite no availability. However, he called me back within an hour, as promised, and resolved the situation. Many thanks
