Rated 5 stars out of 5

On today's visit the staff were professional, helpful and welcoming. They made a baby's first experience of going to the dentist a positive one.

Review titled Rude, unprofessional and not up to standard
Rated 1 star out of 5

As with another reviewer here, we got an emergency appointment in two days on the NHS thinking that's great. In truth, it was awful. The staff were rude, particularly the receptionist. She was too busy talking and looking at personal photos. The dentist was pretty uncommunicative as was the nurse and both members of staff seemed like they didn't want to be there. The practice also looked dirty, the floor has rubbish on it, the place was dusty and generally looked very tired. Avoid. Find another dentist even if you have to pay more.

Review titled Emergency appointment
Rated 2 stars out of 5

I was initially really happy to be able to get in for an emergency appointment - NHS (not private!) and 2 days notice! This is a great service for the practice to offer. My experience there however was not great, the dentist providing the emergency treatment was very abrupt and I have had private treatment by him before, but recently moved practices and no longer see him. He challenged why I’d moved and also challenged why I had an emergency appointment there instead of my own dentist (own dentist is private - very expensive - and couldn’t see me urgently). I was made to feel very unwelcome and like I didn’t deserve an appointment. It was rushed and he didn’t look at 1 of the 2 teeth I mentioned having issues with, despite the fact my appointment was otherwise really quick as the other 1 didn’t need any on the day work. I would not go back to this dentist, as a nervous patient that’s had a fair amount of dental work he makes me feel awful and doesn’t seem to care. When I went to leave the practice the receptionist shouted back at me that I owed £26 despite the fact I paid before I got there. Really embarrassing in front of a waiting room full of people!

Review titled Unprofessional
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Receptionist very unprofessional & abrupt.. Dentist very rude and unpleasant. No one talks to you, dentist doesn't greet you as you enter the room, nurse doesn't even acknowledge you. I'm a private patient, paying alot of money for a very unpleasant experience. At least have the curtesy to greet your patient & not sit at your computer with your back to them. I've never missed a dental appointment ever, but was made to feel very inferior & that my teeth were about to fall out. I've been a private patient for at least 15 years & always took good care of my teeth. I felt I couldn't talk or discuss my teeth with this very abrupt man.

Review titled Delighted

I had a tooth removed today that was broken and possibly difficult to remove. The dentist was informative, fully explaining any potential issues. Thankfully the tooth was successfully removed and I'm delighted with the treatment I had. I'm more than happy to recommend this dental practice

Review titled Great service!

I called this dentist with an emergency after being recommended by another dentist! Unfortunately there was no appointments available, the receptionist who was working today told me that she’d be in contact if a cancellation become available and was extremely apologetic, even though it’s out of their hands. Not even 10 minutes later, a call back with news that she has managed to fit me in tomorrow for this emergency! What an amazing dentitst! Highly recommend
