Very friendly and thorough staff who explained the procedures . For an extraction it was suprisingly little painless, though the speed was amazingly. John.b.

Very friendly and caring staff, I had 4 teeth out and I panic about having teeth out but they were so lovely reassured me took there time to talk me through what they were doing, so thank you for looking after me

After being in bad pain for a couple of weeks I managed to get a cancellation at Darlington and attended yesterday. All of the ladies were great and helped me feel at ease straight after walking in the door. My oral surgery was quick and painless and I'm feeling much better today thanks to them. Thank you ?

Considering my dentist referred me for a tooth extraction, I was expecting a complicated procedure. I was pleasantly surprised upon the apparent ease of the extraction which was expertly executed.

After waiting 6months for consultation over telephone l was told that on the basis of the scan (supplied 6 months ago) I was wrongly directed! Tooth should be removed in hospital. Why it was not checked when scan was delivered 6months ago?

The service I received from the receptionists to the oral surgeon was brilliant. Very nervous patient but they were great with me and it wasn’t half as bad as I thought

Unbelievable quick, partial sedation don’t without me even realising really and lovely staff didn’t really know what was happening the rests history

Nothing stood out except I had to wait 2 hours and when I eventually got to see the dentist, I didn’t get a warm fuzzy feeling about the whole experience. To worsen it, I expected that I would be referred to a specialist in root canals but no, I was given a piece of paper on which was written the type of specialist I should see and asked to call the general medical council. For me it was a very unsatisfactory experience
