Fantastic service, I needed an emergency appointment, they got mw in a Saturday allowing time for me to travel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The dentist was reassuring and gentle but thorough as well as happy to explain and answer all my questions.

Very professional , got a clear explanation and when I asked questions the dentist was happy to go over and point things out to me , assistant to dentist also very helpful , lovely pair to see

Friendly, approachable dentist who was very clear on what needed addressing and why. Also treatment was as ‘nice’ as any dental treatment can be!

Friendly greeting from Reception/dentist & assistant which inspired confidence. Dentist most efficient and professional - won't go back with too much fear of dentists!!

I arrived 10 minutes early for my appointment however I didn’t go in to the dentist until 18 minutes later which was 2 minutes before dentist was going to lunch so my appointment was rushed and not done very well. I had a filling to be done and it was rushed as I was out of the dentist in 8 minutes. The injection wasn’t completed I was I pain during the drilling. Also the filling was put in by hand and not finished. Therefore I now have tooth ache when I have hot or cold drink and it hurts when I eat. I also had a false tooth that had come out. But was told by the dentist he was running late it being lunch time. And he only had time for 1 item which would I prefer. The patient before me had taken my time from 12.40 Till 12.57 as she was in the dentist prior to me arriving at 12.32 Surely each patient deserves good treatment and the dentist to make sure the treatment is done properly and if this means that he gives up part of his lunch time because HE’s running late it’s not the patients fault but he should have pride in his work and take as much time as it takes to complete the job in hand
