Care and attention of the dentists. Explained everything well. Good recommendations of products to use and how to clean teeth.

I rung the dentist to make an appointment the young lady said i missed an appointment i told her we all had covid and i did apologised for not letting them know, but i told her the situation that we all have covid but she wasn’t taking any of it just kept on saying that im putting it as a missed appointment. The staff need training on how to speak to there patients im actually thinking of leaving and going to another practice.
