The dentist was very good as I am so scared of needles and I don’t like dentist at all but he took my mind of it all he was really good the only thing was I waiting for ages as I was so nervous but apart from brilliant thank you to the dentist who look after me

Went for checkup, the dentist told me l had a hole in my tooth and told her I had slight toothache in one of my other tooth. All she did was refer me to the hygienist. Good value, £26 for 1 minutes work.

The dentist that treated me did so with respect, a passion for what they do & some sound advice was given / received. Especially thankful as the service took place at 20:00 hrs on a Saturday. I am truly thankful to the practice, the dentist & the NHS. Outstanding - Appreciated- thank you so much ?

I had seen 2 dentists previously who hadn’t identified the problem, but the dentist at The Oaks identified the problem immediately and gave me the correct course of antibiotics. I couldn’t be more thankful as I was in so much pain prior to the appointment.

Paperwork unnecessarily difficult to fill out when questions already asked on the phone. Nervous to go and see dentist but no reassurance offered from any of the staff as a little reassurance.

I was a little emotional as I am quite nervous at the dentist but both the dentist and the assistant were super friendly and patient. They made the experience way easier and I left feeling positive.

Understanding and friendly dental practitioners, non judgemental. Reception staff very warm and welcoming, very helpful with referring late opening pharmacies to collect prescriptions.
