  1. Review titled Almost made dentistry an enjoyable experience.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

My dentist and his dental nurses made the whole process of having two teeth capped an almost enjoyable experience (and I hate dental work.) Highly professional and very personable and friendly.

  2. Review titled Enjoyable visit to hygenist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Peter Cl - Posted on 11 September 2024

Hygenist &nurse made my visit a pleasure -told me I had been doing a good job cleaning my teeth so I jokingly asked if I got a sticker and was given one along with a certificate. My grandchildren will be so proud of grandad lovely to be treated so nicely - it makes it special ! What a totally lovely experience and one to share with them.

  3. Review titled cancelled 4 times

Rated 1 star out of 5

by badteeth - Posted on 31 August 2024

The reception staff are very polite and helpful. But my appointment for treatment for a very painful access has been cancelled 4 times. Latest today, I had an appointment at 12 o'clock, but got a call at 9 to cancell. Terrible service.

  4. Review titled Not happy

Rated 2 stars out of 5

by Stephen Dunne - Posted on 10 June 2024

I was happy that I'd found an nhs dentist, albeit half an hour from home. My first appointment went well and we identified a tooth that needed a crown. It's the waiting times that have annoyed me and why I won't be returning. I'd arranged an appointment at 1.30 after they open for lunch and thought I would have been seen fairly soon after. After one hour of sitting in a chair, I walked out as I had another appointment to get to. Nobody spoke to me, and nobody has contacted me since either. I pretty much wasted two hours of my day including loss of earnings and travel expenses, which I am going to write to the pm with my invoice and I know it will go in the bin so small claims here we come.

  5. Review titled Bad experience

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Deb - Posted on 24 April 2024

Receptionist less than helpful with rearranging 1 missed appointment with extremely apologetic patient who was clearly distressed and receptionist was aware appointments were available and was willing to book patient in. Patient has no history of abusive behaviour and zero tolerance policy was not indicated in this scenario in my opinion. When patient gave name was treated unfairly. NHS 111 gave clear advice that the practice offered appointments although it seems the practice were not following this guidance as advised. Poor customer experience+++

  6. Review titled Awful dental practice.

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Elle Lewis - Posted on 11 March 2024

Cancel your appointment morning off, but if you cancel less than 24 hours before they put your appointment even further back. No common sense from the receptionists and they just argue back instead of finding a solution.

  7. Review titled Professional care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Anonymous - Posted on 30 October 2023

This dental practice is professional and friendly. Their treatment is gentled administered, so much that neither myself nor my daughter have suffered. No longer is going to the dentist a scary thought but rather a calm and reassuring necessity.

  8. Review titled Friendliest dentist and great service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Colm Derham (Mike) - Posted on 21 September 2023

Clean professional and very friendly. Put you at total ease and I always hated the dentist. These people from reception to nurse and dentist were all lovely. Other practices should take note on how to look after nervous patients. 5 ***** all the way Thank you

  9. Review titled Amazing service

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mrs Kay Grieves - Posted on 09 February 2023

My brother has severe learning difficulties and needed very specific, emergency dental attention and care, recently. Absolutely everyone that attended to my brother was outstanding. From the receptionist I first spoke to, to the dentist, hygienist and dental nurses that attended to him - everyone was kind, generous, understanding and went above and beyond to be supportive and helpful. I cannot thank everyone at Regency dental practice enough for their superb service.

  10. Review titled Very Helpful Receptionist & Dentist

Rated 5 stars out of 5

by Mr Goulding - Posted on 14 January 2023

Always received excellent service from this practice both at reception and by the dentist themselves. I have an autistic son and the dentist bedside manner is superb with him. They always feel efficient and no pushy treatments. They do a great job.
