Spoken down to like a child wasn't interested that I was in pain so know I have to wait until next month for an extraction (not good) my opinion she was only interested in making money and I felt rushed.

The Staff at the practice are always very welcoming. They put you at ease with their personal, caring manner. I have always been really happy with the excellent service they provide.

I needed a filing changed and a clean and polish. Both were done professionally and I was kept in the loop at all times as to the procedure and outcome.

Staff are welcoming and friendly. Didn't wait very long for my appointment. Children well catered for in the children's area with fruit and veg. Treatment was swift.

Only joined practice 28 months ago when I moved house. Had 2 dentist appointments cancelled. Receptionist advised me one Cancelled NHS appointment was because dentist said she had decided to see private patients that day despite appointment being made 4 months prior. Practice manager telling reception staff off in front of patients and complaining about patients who complained is unprofessional. At recent appointments the Dentist didn’t check teeth but said I had gum disease (after poking my gums with sharp instrument ) despite hygienist not spotting this the month before. She said I needed extensive treatment and told me private cost first. On the positive side the hygienist is excellent with patients. I have now decided to leave the practice and move back to my previous dentist even though I will have to travel there.

I have experienced this quite a few times where the cost is far higher than NHS and waiting times much shorter! I will be honest the only reason I stay is it’s too hard to get on another dentists list. I am currently having treatment and very tempted to get a second opinion as I have lost confidence.
