New dentist seemed nice and ok with the children but would be better if he asked their names instead of saying put the other one on the chair. Never see the same dentist twice though so would be good to have an introduction and some continuity.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and my dentist was very understanding and knowledgeable on the treatment provided.

The biggest issue is not knowing how far behind you are in terms of the time you’re supposed to be seen. It would just help. So I arrived at 2.25 for my 2.30 appointment but wasn’t see. Till 3pm. Had I known you were that far behind, even counting it as 20 minutes, I could have made a decision as to what to do so as not to waste time ) I work for myself). So I would appreciate that information

Service with a smile, from start to finish. The most helpful receptionist and then the service certainly continues through to the dental surgeons and practitioners. Always a pleasant visit. Thank you.
