Had my tooth filed down without proper consultation or explanation of my other options. Felt very out of control the whole appointment. When I complained the receptionist was unreceptive and rude.

Lovely greeting at reception. Dentist Phil was professional and put my 3 yr old at ease. Explained things thoroughly and clearly.

I rang at 8am because I had had dental pain since Friday. I was given an emergency appointment at 10am. As usual, staff were friendly and helpful. Phil, my dentist, was as ever the consummate professional. It's the best practice I've ever used. Many thanks.

Friendly staff. Explained what they were doing and what I needed to do/look out for to help with my dental hygiene. Gave my tips and explained the information in an understandable way.

Plenty of time to discuss treatment plan. Everything explained in a pleasant and patient manner.Dentist and all dental nurses and reception staff all very pleasant.This makes patient experience very reassuring.

I was very anxious about my visit due to previous dentist. I have been treated very kindly and was reassured all the way through my visit with great work done on my teeth. All staff great and a very clean Practice too.
