Friendliness of staff and all making sure I wasn't being ignored. I was early for my appointment at the start of the working day and as staff arrived all spoke to me and reassured me I would be dealt with shortly.

On all of my appointments I have found that the Dentist and staff are very good from entering to leaving, very professional.

I didnt see my usual dentist and wasnt informed it wasnt my usual dentist. I was running late cause these things happen. I called and said i was trying to get there as fast as i could. I arrived 6mins late and the dentist was stood halfway down the stairs hanging over the bannister. Which i thought was quite odd and unprofessional. I was bursting to use the toilet but apparently another dentist was in there and was taking sometime. The dentist said quite abruptly that he had another patient straight after me, and he made me feel quite bad. But me being 6mins late wasnt affecting this as he still had my appointment to do. So i was being rushed and made to feel uncomfortable for 6mins lateness but i dont understand how this affected his next appointment. I do however feel cause it was Friday and he wanted to get away on time but still 6mins isnt affecting my appointment or the next for that matter as surely an appointment time is made for enough time to allow a few mins lateness etc. When i got in the chair he even asked me what he could do for me? He didnt even know what my appointment was for! He then had to go out of the room to get some glue for my treatment but maybe if he knew what my appointment intailed he could of got the glue instead of swinging round the stairs banister!

Quick, efficient and friendly service from both reception and dentist. Dentist remembered myself and son from a previous visit which was lovely. Made me feel very at ease.

Always cheerful receptionists. Experience of a different dentist this time. Put me at ease, considerate and pleasant personality. A good experience for one who was nervous.

The receptionist and dentist were really nice and friendly but his assistant didn’t smile or speak, perhaps she was just having s bad day. Great dental practice and always have great treatment when I go, friendly and helpful as usual. Thanks

Really lovely dental practice. The staff are all super friendly and go out of thier way to help you and are always smiling. The practice is clean and tidy and has a lovely welcoming atmosphere

The dentist i saw with my kids was very polite and helpful,i am very self conscious about my teeth (my own fault)but he made me feel ok about my appointment
