Emergency appointment and I have a huge fear of dental treatment. The dentist and the dental nurse were so patient and calming, I've forgotten her name, but she was so unpushy giving me options every step of the way never felt forced into anything. So grateful for people like this who make scary experiences better for their patients.

Today (11/07/22) is the 2nd time I've attended for an emergency appointment. 1st class staff. Welcoming and friendly. They are extremely thorough and gentle with no rushing. I only wish I could come here regularly. Thank you to all the staff.

Phoned 111 this morning to find an emergency dentist . Within an hour a nurse phoned me back and had an appointment at ring way dentist within the hour! Very impressed with the whole service. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. The dentist I saw was informative and kind. He put my pain at ease and referred me to another practise for further treatment. Well done nhs!
