    The receptionist was very pleasant smiling and helpful got seen to within my time slot perfect lovely service from the dentist and her assistant like the new location

    The reception staff were amazing however the doctor was not so great sinply ingored with his back to myself as i asked wlquestions and dismissed everything i was saying

    A clean modern surgery. Very friendly welcoming receptionists. My usual dentist in the new surgery is great the best dentist I’ve had !! Very professional and efficient but friendly & reassuring.

    Reception staff were friendly. Waiting area was bright and open. Dentist was very professional and gave great advice. My first time with this practice and I was very happy with the service.

    My dentist was very informative very understanding. Explained the process and exactly what to expect. Went through each step with me. Also explained very well the after care and how i should be taking care of my gums and teeth. She was very patient and kind. Thank you soo muc

    Able to patch up chipped veneer on front tooth for now. Probably won’t be permanent but happy. A new veneer is very expensive.

    My partner had to wait 40 minutes over the appointment time. He is disabled and has Parkinson's. By the time he saw the dentist he was traumatised and shaking so badly she was unable to give him a thorough examination, condition brought on because he had had to sit and wait so long
