I needed an emergency appointment and I was able to get one on the same day as they had a cancellation. The temporary work that was done has helped a lot with the pain I was getting.

Dentist made effort to be clear and look at me, so I could lipread, plus use signs indicating open or close etc whilst she was working on my mouth, as she was wearing a mask. Very much appreciated, as easy to comprehend. (I am profoundly deaf and need to lipread all times.)

It was a gentle, calm appointment and the dentist took time to make sure I’d also had the opportunity to look at my x rays, was happy with everything and understood my ongoing options. I have been registered with Rudgwick dentist for over 20 years and am always happy with my treatment there.

I love Natasha - she is the best dentist we’ve ever had -we all love her - in fact everyone is SO nice Thankyou for making it all lovely - it’s much appreciated & doesn’t go unnoticed

No waiting appointment on time, friendly receptionist, staff and of course a friendly smiley Fay. , dentist rooms and waiting area clean. Easy to make another appointment. .

As always with this practice, kind and caring staff, from the receptionists, nurses, hygienist and dentist, all of them are excellent. Highly recommend this practice.
