Excellent experience as ever. Warmly welcomed by the reception staff to the dental hygienist and her assistant. Quality of the treatment excellent and everything always well explained to me.

This was my first appointment at Ryton l received a warm welcome as soon as l walked in - the dentist was really loveky and explained everything as she went along - l have another appointment in a couple of weeks and l know everything will be ok

I was apprehensive as my appointment was for denture review and I am very self conscious about having them. I needn’t have worried the care & understanding we’re excellent.

I was sent an email end of last year to tell me that if i didnt make an appointment id be taken off their books so i made an appointment & went yesterday only to be told id been taken off their books but they still had all my records & only a few days before my appointment i had an email asking me to update my medical records so why was i asked to update them if id been taken off thebooks .When i queried it i was just told i had beenntaken off the books !!!

From checking in, to settling the account and booking my next appointment, the staff were, as usual, courteous and efficient. The public rooms were clean, and the treatment room seemed spotless, and my dentist provided me with helpful general advice on dental hygiene and was happy to answer my own questions .

I have come to expect a 5 star service from Ryton Dental and as usual received it. Staff pleasant and respectful. Treatment explained clearly and my opinion listened to. Visit a pleasant and positive experience.
