I was there about 7mins which is fine for me to wait, but having to wait another 20mins is not very good. If it was the other way round & I was late I would properly be told I have missed my appointment.

I had a very slack tooth after biting on a sweet. I went to reception on the Monday and got an appointment for Tuesday. They took an impression of the upper denture and teeth to fit another tooth on the bridge. On Wednesday they removed the slack tooth and fitted the altered bridge, I could not fault any part of my treatment from reception to dentistry. I would recommend Ryton Dental to anyone.

Very friendly, took time to explain everything and gave choices. Was dreading the injection but was very gently administered without pain! Only disappointment was that the terms of the dental plan had changed and I don’t remember being made aware of this.

Wow I had an abcess over the weekend and was in much pain. I rang the dentist 9:00am hoping for an emergency appointment. I was in the chair having treatment by 9:30 and had the follow up appointment two days later, I am now sore but pain free. We are so lucky that Ryton Dental chose our village to set up their practise an absolutelty first class service. Thank you.

Really disappointed I received an email telling my I was well overdue a check up and I’d been took of the list if I didn’t book one so I booked an appointment Turned up to be told I was in for a consultation wich I new nothing about the girl was really nice and apologetic but I was told I could not have a check up as I had been took of the list and have had to go on the waiting list if this was the case why send me an email telling me to book an appointment
