Absolutely amazing form reception to dental team! Had 3 fillings and anS&p All the team were amazing. Had horrible experience for previous dentist. Can’t praise this team enough

I was in the dental practice today with my daughter for an emergency appointment 😔 The staff were very friendly and helpful. That's all of them, from the receptionists to the dental nurse and the dentist. It makes such a difference to the experience. Thank you very much for making the experience much better! Thank you all 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Disorganised, some rude obnoxious receptionists. after consistently changing my appointments when I explained I couldn't attend got told I should be grateful to have a dentist. And phone put down on me. Complained and left a negative review. To then be told a year later they have kicked me off the service. Truth hurts.. but if you express your treatment and the customer services be warned they will kick you off the practice. Discusting customer service. For a vulnerable disabled client with mental health problems.
