I'm fortunate to have become registered at this NHS practice last year and my overall experience each visit is first class. The practice is spotlessly clean and modern, all the staff from the reception to dental nurses, hygienists and dentists are so professional but also very polite and friendly too. The practice is by far the best in the country in my opinion and if you're fortunate to get registered there you will not regret it. My latest treatment was a replacement crown and the entire procedure was seemless and painless. I was treated with dignity and respect and cannot thank the team enough.

Firstly waited 2 weeks for an appointment, then at appointment it seemed very rushed, I was referred don’t think the dentist was capable in doing my treatment he said I needed. Was surprised I have heard good things but I wouldn’t recommend

Dear Anonymous I am sorry you felt that your appointment was rushed. I wish to explain to you the process involved as to why the practice makes a referral. Every tooth is assessed as to whether or not the treatment ( in this case - an extraction ) can be completed successfully at the practice. We always into account the safety of our patients. In this case , the tooth on the lower left hand side was found to have extensive caries affecting the cheek side of the tooth. Since the decay was below the gum-line and access was difficult , a decision was made to refer you to a clinic we often use for difficult extractions. The clinic has an excellent reputation. Patients have always understood as to why a referral was been made and maybe on this occasion I did not fully explain myself. For this I am sorry. I have made a referral to two clinics ( as requested ). I sincerely hope the procedure goes well.
