No waiting seen straight away, the Dentist was very professional and caring giving good advice while making sure my teeth were all ok.

The dentist was happy to spend some time discussing my options. However, you don’t seem to offer the option of a dental health plan. I would really like it if you could offer a dental health plan - it makes things so much easier from the perspective of the patient.

Polite and friendly receptionists, always smiling and helpful. Dentist and dental nurse are always professional and kind. They were amazing with my 11 month old during his first appointment. So knowledgeable and happy to answer any dental questions in detail. Wouldnt go anywhere else.

Unfortunately the dentist was 15 mins late for my appointment , prior appointments over ran. However service was very good teeth checked, 4 teeth filled and teeth cleaned. I was expecting to have to come for a further appointment.

Staff are very welcoming, especially as I am always so nervous. They always encourage the patient to tell them to stop if needed, and explain, why the treatment is needed. Appointment time are 99% on time too.

Friendliness of all staff from the greeting at Reception through to the professionalism of the dentist and dental nurse. Everything was thoroughly explained and I was made to feel at ease.

Excellent dental service, I was reminded of the appointment, my dentist explained the procedure, was efficient and caring. He was approachable and I felt that I could ask questions. I had tricky fillings and was grateful for the dentists skill in ‘keeping me going’.

My dentist listens to me, he is fair and honest in his recommendations for my dental treatment options. My dentist is gentle and knowledgeable about my pain tolerance. When I visit him, I feel that he has my best interest at the foundation of the treatment offered. I feel safe.
