I received dental work for the fitting of a complex crown on a back tooth. The surgery was excellent, and the crown fits like a glove.

Very unclear on the phone. Sound underwater. Hammering one key at a time on the keyboard. Very rude and unhelpful. Registered in the phone call and by the time i hung uo i changed my mind about this practise. So rude its a joke

I would like to thank you so much for seeing me as an emergency patient this morning when my own practise let me down. Everything from the person on the phone to the dentist was absolutely fantastic. At a very stressful and painful time for me they couldn't of been kinder and I can't thank them enough . The surgery itself is so homely and spotlessly clean and the staff are wonderful. Thank you to everyone involved, you truly made my day and my mouth is feeling so much better already. xxxxx
