   Needed to cancel on the day of my appointment, Phoneline not working so ended up leaving a message. The policy is, if you cancel on the day, even if you have a very valid reason, you're given a strike. No one can help being ill, yet this isn't taken into account. Reception staff can be very rude and abrupt. If you mention this you're not listened to. One dentist is so lovely, kind, and reassuring.
